Eminence production is a registered company that involves into different art house works and talent discovery in the field of Entertainment. We decided to fight unemployment among the youth members through foundation of cash round circle in our company. Each member contributes 50,000/= in each week for the period of six months. And we make sure each member who contributes gain something from the produced project.
We suggested using this idea of circles in order to minimize on the company expenses proposed to be spent in the film project. Through the success of this project we will be able to do the following:-A. We shall be able to fight against unemployment among the youth.
B. We shall be able to sensitize the youth about the immoral acts in the society and world at large
C. We shall be able to teach the youth on how they can be job creators but not job seekers
E. Each project we make is different, and we've found that each person takes something different out of them.
F. We discover talents of different members after the succeeded projects and members able to develop and gain from their talents.
G. We hope to fund the early school dropouts’ members in our Company in order to get them back to school for the uplift of their careers in the next generation.
H. We shall be able to straggle for the campaign against child sacrifice among the newer generation.On the other side, we found out that a lot of challenges have been realized in field of art house works and these include the following:-
A. Some members in this project don’t work and they find a lot of challenges in participating to the cash round projects.
B. Film projects tend to consume high budget yet we are low income earners
C. We lack filming equipments to support the success of our film projects, like Video Cameras,
Advanced film lights, External coordinating film directors and more others.
D. We lack enough project funds to standardize our project cash round circles.
E. We find it very expensive to employ the external film directors on shooting location for the success of our projects hence we can’t do without them.

Eminence production is a Film Company that produces art house films and movies for domestic and global entertainment. It was formed to provide a unique and specialized film making experience, encouraging and promoting youth activities, and ensure the existence of film and video in our culture. We are interested in all forms of media and we believe that by blending different forms of art such as audio, visuals, storytelling, script writing, Documentaries etc. And we want to make a film that is educative and have something positive to say to our youth today.
Each project we make is different, and we've found that each person takes something different out them. The latest film we made (EKIBA KIBE 1 & 2 “The desperate religious families”) was premiered at Theatre Labonita on 17th –Dec- 2010 and it was accepted for broadcast across all age limits due to it’s theme of domestic violence. We feel honored by the acceptances and very excited that the film will reach many audiences and share stories they may not have seen before.
